1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ALEA platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ALEA provides Bitcoin transaction-path analysis tools. The Service enables users to:

• Review proportional Bitcoin transaction paths from an explicitly reported transaction output
• Identify endpoints and potential custodial addresses
• Review possible endpoint labels and public-chain verification links
• Manually refresh a trace to check for later observable movements

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity or money laundering
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person or entity
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Account Registration

Account creation is currently operator-managed. If you receive access, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscription and Payment

Self-serve billing is currently disabled. If ALEA offers you a paid plan under an order form or later enables online billing, the disclosed plan and payment terms will apply. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Any renewal terms explicitly shown and accepted at purchase
• Responsibility for all charges incurred under your account

Refund and cancellation terms must be disclosed in the applicable order or checkout and remain subject to law.

6. Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate tracing data, you acknowledge that:

• Blockchain analysis is probabilistic and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
• The Service relies on publicly available blockchain data
• We cannot guarantee the identification of all endpoints or custodial entities
• You should independently verify all data before taking legal action
• Outputs are not legal advice, expert testimony, or guaranteed to be admissible in any proceeding
• Automated monitoring and movement alerts are not currently available
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by DARTRi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without express written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DARTRi and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Actions taken based on information provided by the Service
• Any third-party actions or omissions

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DARTRi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Paid subscriptions must be canceled through the billing portal before self-service account deletion. Contact support@aleaforensics.com if the portal is unavailable. Upon termination, access is revoked and data is handled as described in the current Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain in effect. Any dispute process stated in a separately executed order form controls for that order.
