Email support@aleaforensics.com. Include your trace ID when relevant, but never send a password, recovery token, private key, seed phrase, or Stripe payment credential.

Send privacy requests to privacy@aleaforensics.com and suspected vulnerabilities to security@aleaforensics.com. Do not include exploit payloads containing real customer data.

We acknowledge account-access and security requests within two business days. Emergency law-enforcement or exchange requests must use the recipient organization's official channel; ALEA cannot issue legal process or guarantee asset preservation.

Account and data requests

Signed-in users can initiate complete account deletion from Account Settings. If you cannot sign in, use the password-recovery flow first or contact support for identity-verification help.

Analysis limitations

ALEA displays point-in-time proportional Bitcoin transaction paths. It does not establish theft, address ownership, exchange custody, account identity, recovery likelihood, or legal admissibility. Verify every transaction and any attribution source independently before acting.
